"Easy return, no hassle"
Had to send a bag back because it just wasn’t really me... the return instructions were super clear though and my refund showed up faster than I thought it would. Didn’t have to chase anyone or deal with any fuss, so yeah happy overall

"Nice birthday gift overall"
I got a bag from here for my sister’s birthday, and she seemed to really like it. The packaging was nice, probably good enough to give as a gift without doing much extra, and the delivery showed up around when expected. My only small complaint is that I wish there had been a few more pictures of the inside before I bought it.

I mean, I was a little worried about the delivery after ordering a bag from DeMellier, but everything went totally fine. I got the tracking info quickly, and the parcel showed up on the exact day they said it would. The packaging was really good too, with no damage or issues at all. I got my order faster than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. I got this bag last month and I’ve been happy with it so far. The leather feels soft but still sturdy, and it has a really nice natural grain, definitely doesn’t feel plasticky. I’m usually careful with my bags and try not to toss them around, but I did notice it picked up a small scratch a bit easier than I expected. Not a dealbreaker for me, just something to be aware of if you’re protective of your stuff like I am. Overall, still a great bag

I bought the bag after reading about their A Bag, A Life thing. And honestly. That kind of got me. It’s nice buying something and feeling like the brand is at least trying to do some good too. Not just selling another cute bag. The quality is lovely as well. Feels well made. Looks great. I’m happy with it

"Surprisingly Easy to Carry"
I ordered a bag from DeMellier London and was a little nervous it might feel heavy once I put all my usual stuff in it. But nope, it’s actually really light without feeling cheap or flimsy. Delivery was smooth too. I’ve been using it for both work and weekends, and it hasn’t been pulling on my shoulder at all, which is a big deal for me. Okay, sudden shift: I’m weirdly impressed by how much that one thing changes the whole experience. No complaints so far.

"Pretty close to the photos"
The bag showed up looking really close to the pics on the site. The color is maybe just a tiny bit darker in person, but not a big deal. The shape and little details all matched well. I only took off one star because I was expecting it to be a bit brighter, thats all.
